The fact that they are going for $500k in damages virtually proves that they don't believe that VC can even front up with that.
I'm getting a bit sick of all the innuendos and ducking and diving around this issue.
Does it appear to anyone else that they maybe just sitting on doing research over the next ten years with promise after promise of wonderful things to come?
