It just means that the directors don't really do anything meaningful to add value, they are happy to be paid (fairly well) at the shareholder's expense, whilst eroding shareholder value by taking cash out of the company in salaries. And when cash gets a bit low they issue credit raises to top up the coffers. In essence, directors of a lifestyle company are just directors for the sake of living a happy well-paid lifestyle.
It just means that the directors don't really do anything...
