I mhave just finished watching the Webinar.
My overall feeling is one of anger.
Mr A Dixon spent mostr of the time going through the process of buying, renovating and valueing properties.
I have seen all this before. At the moment the market does not buy it.
I learned the following
- The process of establishing NTA and NAV is robust
- Sales to date have achieved asbout 3% above NTA
- Communication will be regular
- Dixon Projects was formed because hiring from the renovater trades produced inadequate results
- Dixon projects is doing external work
