Can someone explain why the price has dropped 50% today? My understanding was that SBM was offloading Gwalia for a cash component and GMD shares to be issued on a 4:1 basis to SBM holders. Now, I understand those GMD shares have a certain value, and this roughly matches the drop in SBM today, but I guess I'm just not getting why SBM has dropped in value when they have been compensated for Gwalia?
