Imo a bargain.....SBM are in a way better position than before the sale.....have cash and no debt.
Gwalia wasn't working for them and barely breaking even.
Getting 1 GMD for every 4 SBM is definitely a bargain.
A lot of major SH notices have come through, so they must think SBM is worth buying.
Gold price way oversold and on the cusp of the next move higher.
