You can laugh and roll your eyes all you like, but remember what you are saying here is that there is illegal trading going on. Actual company insiders can and do buy and sell shares, and there are strict rules about when they can and cannot. But seeds - they are legally obliged to be treated like every other shareholder. Now, I do live in the real world and I do know that these things happen ... but to treat it like a given and say it is happening is both absurd and libellous (the latter meaning something you could actually face legal action taken against you, personally, for having written in a public forum).
