I dont know the ins and outs of Isreali tax system. I know the Israeli's make very good accountants. And have some very good strategies for avoiding paying taxes. I suppose it all depends on which tax brackets these seeds fall in and if they are an employee of weebit or a venture capitalist.
Watch this video around 1 minute into it, Coby mentions the seeds and tax obligations having to sell. Considering the shares came out of escrow last August and they sold after credit raise, proves to me they plan to keep some LT. They could of made a heap more the day they were released.
I'm hoping that the last couple of change in shareholdering by seeds were getting money together to pay for these newly released shares. We will see how it unfolds. Hopefully Weebit drop a decent announcement on monday!
