I was a shareholder by means of their takeover of Diversa, got out few months later, Been keeping an eye on it ever since, the company in my opinion is nothing to get overly excited about, the take over offer I believe is fair value but very likely to fail. What Thorney has in mind who knows ,but if the takeover fails, as has been pointed out by a previous poster the share price could go to low 20s, could be a great contrarian buy. I look forward to what develops.
