That's not the point. The point is the soil geo chem above Earl Grey has less of a lithium content then the soil above the pegs intercepted by NIM.
Yes the pegmatites were intercepted when the former project owner was drilling gold. These cores were basically left in storage on site as lithium wasn't a useful metal back when they were drilling.
When Kidman Resources acquired the project they started looking into the lithium potential and realised how mineralised the cores were (which were conveniently left in a storage shed on site) and they started assaying them.
I think you need to get the story right.
