I would think that at the time of selling Southern star, with US$70m of BBEP shares paying a dividend that covered the interest on the notes and an oil price around $100 , they probably thought they had the notescovered, but you saw the collapse in oil from $100 to $26 coming right? That's why you still hold all your notes and shares....
