These statements are ridicuolous - no wonder this announcement was not released to the ASX.
"1. The Resolution will not achieve a sale.
2. The Resolution will not achieve a joint venture.
3. The Resolution will not achieve a refinance."
Does AZZ think they are God - how do they know this?
In fact if anything, the one thing that the administrator would achieve is a sale. The risk is at what price this sale would be achieved....
