Ann: Update and Addendum to Notice of Noteholders Meeting, page-42

At the noteholders meeting last week, JC advised there was no minimum price indicated to ANY party. I therefore suggest that they're circling like vultures to pick the carcass of what will remain once this debacle is over. Even if we roll the notes I don't think this will re-mediate the situation.. we are still a concern with a finite end date. JC should have sold to Lone Star years ago (and pity the shareholders that didn't vote for it).
