I'm not interested in getting into an argument with anyone here, but I think tt2000 you will agree that much of the speculation about JC's behaviour was I'll-founded (in hindsight) and he deserves credit for:
- paying off his loan
- being systematic about the sales process after Wade failed to come through
- trying to find a way to pay off note holders

I appreciate that the issue about Wade due diligence may remain, but let's be fair and give credit for the rest?

Also the statement that it was not related to the oil price is an opinion only - it is a very defensible argument that it was related to the oil price.
