Personally, I follow some very analytical posters, non rampy here....
Also I choose industries I ahve an understanding of. Agriculture and mining.
I made a motzah on CGC, and A2M, found CYB and NCK thanks to another poster. I've made bags on solid companies, without all the risk. I find ASX specs hugely manipulated here on HC by FOMOS, True Believers and a few Belfort like traders and pre-IPO invetsors that get everyone excited and continue ramping while selling their own holdings.

They've paid me better over all than the combination of my specs. And wthout the risk. Research and lstening to bears helped me avoid MRG, BAL etc...

As in specs I put a LOT of weiaght on teh directors and management.

I also have a broker account from abroker with a very good track record, they send newsletters that give me leads that I do my own research on.

Books CANSLIM, and by the usuals (Buffet etc...) are a great compass I have found. I play in the specs with percentage of profits.
