Got to say, thats great to see a CEO addressing shareholders concerns like this, much respect, and being open and transparent , along with trying to save costs without brokers involvement is good signs to me.

I dont know about big shareholders, the volume going through is huge, but not the trades:
If you look avaerage trade is a couple of grand worth. Biggest trade was $27k.
End of the day you need to be realistic here, there's a raise happening that will entitle anyone with shares up until this Thurday will be able to buy shares at o.006 cents in the raise, these shares can then be sold on market for instant profit.
You will then have 324 million shares that will be in profit from 0.006, so they can dump on market straight away for profit, in all likelihood this will stifle any upward momentum for a good while, remembering too that this company is burning through about $1mill + a quarter, so this extra 2 mill raise only keeps them alive for another 6 months in a state that uranium mining isnt even legal.
Dont forget they just raised $4 mill last October and now are already needing to raise again. That $4 mill only lasted 7 months.
