If you look at the investor presentation, there appears that is no guarantee that the offer to retail to participate in a SPP will actually come to pass.
The big shareholders are wanting to own as much of this company as possible priced @2c
Very hard to get an "objective opinion" when most posters either own or have owned the stock.
In summary, for those with a timeframe beyond 24 hrs , ZYL is surely a BUY at this level!!!
