It's just one of the reason's I think Belter's comments about the CR not being necessary were so ridiculous.
There are two flavours of money - those raised via flowthrough and those which are not.
The flowthrough funds are to dedicated to drilling/exploring - the other funds should not be used for that purpose.
While no doubt SP comes into play, it would have been criminal not to have taken advantage of the Canadian scheme early.
