Made the point that the MDs note had not changed from CY2022 and what do you know, a couple of weeks later an 'updated' version arrives.

At least there is some hint that things "continue to improve" and the recovery will help the group "return to pre-pandemic levels in the near future"

Based on last year, we are looking at ~mid to late May to see how UOA Development Bhd is tracking for 1Q24, but I suspect ongoing weakness in greater China and rates higher for longer means no material change in the slow but steady improvement as sales picks up.
