I'm not in ADO to make 5% pa. Heck, you could've done better than that over the past 40 years by just owning an Aussie and Global index fund. No brokerage and save yourself having to do research or bother with HC.
This is what I'll be doing when I eventually sell my ADO holdings. A famous investor (cant recall the name) said something like "wealth is often created by a few, but can only be preserved by many".
Bring on the saliva testing results and our first decent sales contract!!
