On break fr commenting on LPI but this announcement brings me back... got to give credit where its due, we got 150k on 7th Sept and then another 850k, total $1m in. Another $3m by 14th May (lets hope purchaser asked for 2 week extention then it's a done deal otherwise they got 30% of the asset for $1m!). plus 375k & 1.5% royalty is cream on top... well negotiated MH and welldone for pushing this through. We don't need cash at the moment but any non-core asset can/shld be monetized... more cash in LPI a/c always helps.
