    Given the loan was due to be repaid to SQN last Friday, I am guessing they have taken over the company and selling the IP and inventory to get their money back.

    Sadly will mean all equity for us shareholders is gone.

    Kevin Lardis is a criminal, but wont be held to account for his actions here.
