If you are referring to my comment earlier that S-B said something about some new comment he was going to provide. That was a couple or a few days ago and I would say that the ASX announcement today has pulled the rug from under whatever he was going to provide to gladden the hearts of "holders".The stark reality is that there is nothing now, IMHO, that can save HDY from being delisted. While there is the apparent lifeline offered till Friday I would suggest that it is just a formality and the axe will fall as intended on Friday. It is fairly clear from the ASX letter that it is not impressed by the less than candid answers it received from the HDY Board so I doubt that it is going to be swayed by any 11th hour appeal.
It is all over bar the shouting.
