What a fantastic announcement. That's around a 20% increase in NTA if the deal goes ahead. This is one of the best A-REITs in the market *if* you can tolerate the risk due to BWR being a smallish-sized fund. Current NTA of $1.27, moving to *at least* $1.51 if the deal goes ahead. Plus probable NTA increase due to re-valuations over the last 6 months. Plus a current distribution yield of roughly 8.4%. Plus a distributable PE of about 6.3. What is not to like?
