Can you spell out how this is $2.5m?
My calculations have it at much less, going off announcement 13th January.
Voluntary conversion is the lower of 1.5c or 30% discount to 30 Day VWAP.
I don't know what that VWAP price is but would assume it is around half of 1c if that is the case 97m FPO's would be $500k = 10 Notes of the 26 issued.
More than happy to hear any other hypnotises.
