Apologies @Steini @ProCapitalism and others, I was only looking at this announcement which was just one of the note holders, who happened to be a tad late informing the ASX.
I should have been looking at the 19th May announcement for the "Quotation of securities" where the full number of shares is stated, being: 468,168,823 being now almost exactly 1/3 of the shares on issue.
So much for Amos's statement a while back saying he wouldn't be raising money at 1c and now doing it at o.5554c, then no offering to retail holders. It is also notable our largest holder didn't participate too.
Shame on these penny dreadful directors sipping on fine wine, eating wagyu while long time retail suffice on now even less baked beans!
