You know what, no one actually knows where OSL actually stand in terms of CE Approval, other than it is on hold, and that includes Management, BSI and shareholders alike.
OSL Management/ BSI, based on what BSI has put up, think they have more than satisfied the clinical requirements to obtain CE approval.
On the other hand, the clinical oversight committee has stated they have not fulfilled the clinical requirements to obtain CE approval.
So, some shareholders will take a OSL Management/ BSI view, whilst other shareholders will take a clinical committee view.....and thats fine either way.
However, once the meeting between the three bodies take place, we will certainly know what the misinterpretations/ gaps are - which will lead to:
1. Committee changing their findings, based on new information coming to hand and reassessment - result we get CE approval 2. Additional clinical data required, due to BSI bad counsel and clarification made by committee - result a. we need time/ money to satisfy new requirements, and we proceed because we know device is effective ; b. company decides not to proceed any further - fold or sell off.
Either way everyone is just guessing a result atm......and the clinical oversight committee currently holds the scalpel in hand!
