Albert, I had over $20K in OSL, and I sold it for a lot less than that on Monday, because I realised I'd been scammed. I've been in OSL since May 2014, and I was a believer. I've trimmed my holding when they were higher, and topped up when they were lower, but I haven't bought any this week. I sold them all on Monday at 4.8c. Everything BS says rings true to me, and he's not alone with his warnings either. People can be active and try to educate others without having to own the stock themselves. I for one am always grateful to read a well articulated bear case. Especially when that bear case is about a company that appears to be quite incompetent and morally bankrupt.

The BSI will rely on the recommendation of the oversight committee which contains medical experts (including oncologists who know all about cancer treatments). Without the committee's recommendation, there will be no CE Mark. The FDA is a damn sight harder nut to crack by the way. And the FDA are happy for OSL to conduct a much bigger trial. Why wouldn't they be? OSL have to pay all the costs. OSL have to prove the clinical benefits of the device in sufficient numbers of patients (300-400) in a large RCT (randomised controlled trial). I'm sure the BSI would be happy for OSL to do that also. The question is whether OSL can raise the money to do that, or want to, and what their share price will be once they announce the capital raise (should they go down that path). Everything you keep repeating Albert is what OSL have told us, and OSL have lied to us. That's why I sold my OSL shares on Monday.
