I am just making a point that the management team involved with OSL do have a track record and have been very successful. I have just stated the obvious and I am not telling everyone everything is ok. Obviously there are issues, but lets all just hope these issues are communication issues that can be resolved with more data or information from OSL. My understanding from the press release is the application is now on hold until all parties come together and discuss why BSI have not supported the application. Remember BSI set the criteria for OSL after the first failed CE submission. Since that time OSL have now met that criteria and apparently put together a strong package exceeding the requirements (Yes something does smell here...but where is the smell coming from - BSI or OSL?). COC have not yet weighed in with any sort of decision. Its early days for anyone to be making definitive conclusions. All we can do as holders of this stock is to hope for a positive outcome from the meetings.
