Bell Potter released their report after hours on Friday and it confirms everything the company has been saying and they still have buy on the stock. A Temporary setback only.
They mention that it is a misunderstanding of the way in which the data has been assessed by the COC based on the origonal protocols the company had been provided for with the BSI. Almost like they are applying an FDA assessment on a CE Mark review. The trial was never meant to be 300 patients and or randomized trial as some have alluded to here.

Also think about this - if you personally (knock on wood) had to make a decision as to whether you would want to undergo chemo alone or OSL procedure and Chemo together which would you select based on the information that has been released to the market. I know what I would choose. It has demonstrated a higher percentage of tumor downgrade and also higher percentage of re-section.
I now wait for the three parties to get together and sort this minor mishap and get back on track.
