I would say the Gov is too busy supporting the scientists at the CSIRO that are still trying to prove that they can find a solution.
We have one here !
If they were to fund us they would not have to waste hundreds of millions of dollars on TESTS... Its pathetic that the Chinese with thier long time thinking have offered to test burn and the local government dont help us our to burn it in QLD or NSW.
