Until they conclude the funding it is difficult for them to put a schedule forward. The reason for missed deadlines is that Dom was confident of funding having been bedded down some time ago. Once funding is concluded I think you will find schedules will be announced and adhered to. Hard to get things moving until we have cash. All IMO
