    I agree but schedule can have a start date noted to be Date of Funding approved. This is normal for any project.
    Jimmy has such a schedule so he has contracts ready to sign and contractors on the starting line.
    If he does not have that, then he is not the young go getter mining engineer that I knew at Utah Blackwater and Utah Saraji near 50 years ago.
