    Any reason why in your opinion, they aren't moving it to site? Surely if the funding deal was a given they could just get underway and start at least shifting dirt. And be 100% ready to dig and sell coal the moment the funding deal is sorted. After all, isn't it aahana's machinery? Or is it BMA?
