sdmartin, all i did was relay what i was told, i too dont know whats true and what isnt about there association, i havent met either of them b4, egm will be my first time in fact of mtg any director.

i just decided to relay some of what was said to me via phone. and i do give him some credence in terms of being up front and available to discuss such matters. It wasnt as if there were attempts at avoidance of the nitty gritty issues by Evans, well from my experience anyhows.

With several other past directors, i didnt even get the opportunity to speak with them as much phone tag was being played on occasion. SDmartin, i guess seeing ur attending egm also, then u would be able to ask any questions u like on such associations? and make ur own personal assessment?

to me, i told Mr Evans id be voting NO purely on the issue itself and my views on INT matters alone.
