    I already stated my position to vote no...but I gotta say i have ambivalent feeling....i hate being in a co that has a trillion shares out there so far down the track from my initial view.

    something really out of the box i feel will have to happen for anyone of note to take seriously a share trading at almost zero.

    and one a share is seen as the plaything of the day traders youre in a pickle
