Yeah, the only time consolidating works is when a company is making a profit and no longer needs to tap the market. I've not had a positive experience from companies that still need to survive through dilution after a consolidation.
Consolidation should've been part of the strategic review when we have the full picture and can vote on all resolutions involving the company's direction at the same time.
