If they'd done this at 20:1 before the CR it would've been oversubscribed.
Long overdue IMO.
They bring money in and have a plan to increase that number so better than most at this end of town. Maybe in a few years if their business plan plays out this might still develop into a 'real' company.
TBH my interest has returned somewhat. Might even go back and read the last 3 years of announcements.
If they'd done this at 20:1 before the CR it would've...
