Ajay as far as the new owners are concerned we do not exist .As as going concern they cannot write us off so the SP will be at what they price they think they can get new investors interested.
With the amount of share on issue before the SP would have been .001 with no assets and no one would be interested .
As far as investor with less than $500 the best is to donate to a charity to get a tax loss
