Ann: Update - Consolidation/Split - EMG, page-2

EMGDA..at what price will it trade?....EMG last traded price .009?....5:1 consolidation ,now 45,398,133 shares...change of directors ...name change to Fenix Resources...offer of 112,500,000 shares @.04 to raise $4 million ..underwritten $2 million.....for acquisition...only assets now are $694,000 cash.....in the final wash I guess around 200 million shares.....ordinarily my reaction would be to sell ,however I will hold my few shares left and see what happens , test some theories on what happens to share price after consolidation .....certainly I cannot afford the minimum subscription of $2000 for shares....
