I take your points on board Jake - but if there are SH out there with small holdings- maybe they shod lie buying some larger parcels! you would have SP support then...

I personally don't have a problem with the unmarketable parcel process - if SH are serious about this company then buy some more stock.

4B SOI isn't a great situation for any small or micro cap stock- it is just that with an untrustworthy board and two major holders it amplifies the situation.

There's too much negativity on these threads these days. A consolidation was always going to happen at some point in time, it was inevitable.
