My understanding the 7.5c was for the unmarketable parcels plus the company was borrowing money to buy back approx 10% of the company at 7.5c for those who did not want to be part of a delisted company. There is no reason the company can't do this and buy back some shares and those who want to go to production keep going and those who wish to exit part or all of their shares do so.
Neil Warburton took credit at a past AGM about the share price rising (not including any rise as part of a consolidation). He has been very quite on this issue for quite a while now the share price has dropped etc.
it is a shame that the Independent Directors have stopped buying shares etc.
