Volume should be your biggest indicator with stocks such as FMS - Which has dried up for a long long time...
The day to day price on an illiquid stock means stuff all, ignore it, you are not here for the day to day growth, if you are, go buy some banks.
We are all waiting to take part in the chance that some big decisions will fall our way and the resulting avalanche of new investors grabbing whatever (low) amount of shares are available. Then it will be up to you to make the decision to stay and be part of the growth phase, or cash out.
