    A company consolidates (reduces) the number of shares on issue. ICG is proposing to reduce the number of shares on issue from 4b to 200m by consolidating the shares on a 20:1 basis. If a SH owned 20m shares pre consolidation then that SH would own 1m shares post consolidation. In theory the MC of ICG would not change.
