hahaha you've never experienced that with Commsec before? Oh my sweet summer child. They're TERRIBLE with that shite. As are Westpac, and Bell Direct to a somewhat lesser degree. CMC are a bit better but still not great.
If you want to get a trade done in circumstances like those that were in place with OSX this morning, you need to use a 'real' broker; they appreciate such nuances (which the automated rule-based systems used yb online brokers do not) and will happily hit the bid.
