If someone can explain to me the purpose of consolidating a zillion shares into somewhat less than a zillion shares, I’d be obliged.
Surely if you’re going to consolidate the scrip of a stock that’s trading in the low tenths of a cent, you make it at the very least 100-1? As it stands, this will probably be trading at 0.2c after the 0.2c rights issue so 5-1 will push it up to a similarly pathetic 1c, where price steps will still be 10% apart.
