@SkiFan WBT being a listed company have extremely stringent reporting requirements and are not able to make assertions to the public that are blatantly false. If they announce an agreement, there is no reason not to believe the existence of one. The management have been transparent since inception of the company and have not given the market even the slightest reason to not believe them.
