Well at least the government announcements help many workers to keep jobs for now and there is some mention about rent assistance although we don't know the specifics. I am not giving up on this yet.
I'm watching closely and bought some last week to average down. I am comparing it to CQE but ARF has the advantage of being only in Australia and 15% is property in health care, so maybe there will be more opportunity in that space in tge short term.
I only have a modest investment, not looking at a short term result so it is not a big risk for me.
