Childcare centres are bleeding and will only get worse as more parents lose job. Tenants will be asking for rent relief presumably. Take a look at GEM and TNK's share price to get an idea of how the childcare industry is looking. If a tenant goes under good luck finding a replacement.
I applaud directors for withholding the distribution. Need cash to meet interest repayments if things go more pear-shaped which is looking increasingly likely.
