    I read this to be a deferral, not a cancellation. It is a rational decision because it allows some time to reassess how the goverment support and restrictions will impact industry tenants and customers. I think it means there is going to be an impact adjustment, but currently it is a 'known unknown' and smarter people will work this out. Please, don't say things like 'chaos reigns', things are not easy, and it's not helpful.
