Looks grim...
There's no better time to call an EGM (MkII).
Any fence sitters from last EGM can't be in any doubt now. Hopefully a new Board headed by Richard Campbell will bring China Rail back to the table, with the help of Double Link.
If we don't have the numbers now, we probably never will.
Hopefully we can use this as an opportunity to get rid of current management once and for all!!!!
